Diana started her career as a hair specialist at Academy Award Winner Rick Baker's Studio in 1999 and was mentored by BAFTA Winner master wig maker Sylvia Nava. She worked on films such as The Grinch, Planet of the Apes, Men in Black II, Norbit, and The Wolfman. She joined Spectral Motion Inc., in 2006 and worked on films such as X-man, and Hellboy 2.

She worked with Oscar-winner Kazu Hiro, since 1999, respectively, a relationship that continues to the present.
